Let me tell you right off the start...the employees we dealt with were Rose and Naresh. TOP NOTCH. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Patient .....so much good things to say. We visited ANOTHER store initially based on contractor recommendation . We were disappointed. Which put us in a bind of timelines to get what we wanted. TAPS THE COMPANY. . ROSE AND NARESH. I had a fantastic experience at the Taps store in Mississauga. The store has a wide selection of nicely displayed bathroom supplies. I received expert advice in choosing appropriate items needed for my bathroom renovation from Diana. She responded to my numerous questions and guided me through the process with patience and kindness. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you very much Diana.
Ordered a toilet seat in April and it still has not been sent out to me and it’s now July! Horrible customer service. Empty promises and very slow responses to emails. I do not recommend using this business.
The showroom is large, bright and has an excellent display of kitchen taps, bathroom faucets, tubs, showers and toilets. We are doing a massive renovation of our kitchen and three bathrooms. We came in out-of-the-blue and Diana took the time to go through the entire project with us. She helped us identify items that our designer had selected in the wrong colour, identify missing items and after hours spent time on the phone with Kohler reps to find the best replacement for a discontinued part we needed.
