Great company I called for service and they actually told me how to save myself a $95 service call. I took my remote and receiver unit in, they tested it (no charge) and found out the unit was good. He then showed me on a display unit how to bring the gas fire on. I looked around the showroom with a saleman and he took his time to show and explain in detail what they had. I find them to be a top-notch company. Their products are top-notch as well.
