I want to start by saying that ultimately I did get my generator and panel upgrade and I think in the end it was installed correctly, but the road getting there was unreliable and unenjoyable. And it took four months. I do not recommend Tapps if you do not have the patience or time to micromanage the project yourself. After paying several thousand dollars for the down payment, no one called me or returned my emails for 10 days.
