David was great. He listened to me explain the project I wanted done. Gave great feedback and we came up with a solution. He was running a little early and called ahead to make sure I was home. Really knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
Aidan came out to give me quote today. Very professional and really looked everything over well to get a good understanding of the job. He provided a quote very quickly.
Paid Tapps more than $18,000 for a Generac generator with a 10-year warranty. It’s only 18 months old and has never even been needed during an outage. When I contacted them about a keypad issue and routine maintenance, they simply said they don’t handle repairs—no troubleshooting, referral, maintenance quote, or meaningful assistance. Shockingly poor post-installation service after collecting $18,000 from a customer.
