He was very polite and congenial and listened attentively to what we were proposing, Later after taking measurements Aiden presented us with an estimate with full explanations and answered all of our questions. Paid Tapps more than $18,000 for a Generac generator with a 10-year warranty. It’s only 18 months old and has never even been needed during an outage. When I contacted them about a keypad issue and routine maintenance, they simply said they don’t handle repairs—no troubleshooting, referral, maintenance quote, or meaningful assistance. Shockingly poor post-installation service after collecting $18,000 from a customer.
