Sara is phenomenal! She is patient and provides a supportive space that allows me to be vulnerable with my feelings. I have become more aware of how I show up in certain situations and am learning acceptance of where I'm at. I have been able to use the tapping techniques she has taught me to better cope with areas of stress and anxiety in my life. It has been a rewarding experience and I would highly recommend working with her.
