The online ordering process was easy and flawless. Immediate response to questions and samples arrived very quickly. They set up an install date and would send periodic texts and emails with directions on how to prep. The morning of the installation, we got a text saying the crew was on their way. This company was awesome!!! Our carpet looks and feels great. From start to finish the experience was wonderful. I can not give enough praise for their communication. Melissa walked us through every step. She texted, she made follow up calls and even sent an extra sample with out even being asked. Christian the head installer did a great job and was very courteous of our time and space. I would recommend this company to anyone.
