I try very hard to support American small businesses, but companies like this one make it very difficult. I've purchased from this company several times, and each time the communication became increasingly worse. If you make and sell a product, it's a good idea to provide support for it, and that requires communication. I purchased a PCV block and the PCV does not seat all the way into the block, which is clearly a design issue. This design flaw causes a vacuum leak.
