Was recommended Tappan Z Home Improvement from our structural engineer. We had a few repairs to mitigate water damage and penetration on our porch. The price was fair, the construction was done right and timely. We are sincerely happy with the work done and will definitely reach back out to Tappan Z for our next job.
I had a great experience working with this contractor ( Theo and his crew) from start to finish. They were professional, punctual and easy to communicate with throughout the entire project ( I had my kitchen and bathroom totally renovated). I needed to replace flooring for a rental unit as well as some other updates. Theo is great to work with. He understood what was needed and went above and beyond my expectations. His team did a superb job. They are professional, respectful and reliable. They showed up on time every day. They left the areas clean when job was done. Price was reasonable. If I can give them ten stars, I would.
We’re relatively new to the place having just moved a couple of months ago and the first apartment repair involves the neighbor right below us, our bathtub was leaking through the neighbor’s kitchen ceiling.
