Very clean, bright and spacious full service nail spa. Never too crowded and I never feel rushed so they can get to next client. They are great with keeping appointment times. I wonder why there is a new owner every couple of years tho.
I had a disappointing experience at the nail salon yesterday. When I arrived, one employee seemed visibly unhappy and was talking about me in her own language. The second staff member who took over also appeared tired and did a subpar job, probably due to lack of breaks. I addressed the issue with the owner, who resolved it, but the overall discomfort made me decide not to return. It's unfortunate because the salon is close to my house, but a negative attitude can really affect the quality of service.
