I’ve been a loyal customer of Tappa for 10 years. I called yesterday to confirm an appointment today and was told it was at 10:15am. I showed up and was told the appointment was at 12:15am. Clearly the mistake was on Tappas’ part but the owner accused me of lying. Apparently his staff does not make mistakes!! and that I should calm down. He then asked me to leave!!
