I am 58 and have been a member of several South Florida gyms and this is my favorite! From staff to members . . . they keep it fun, engaging and effective (as long as you eat right), The balance of strength (strong classes), overall fitness (bootcamp classes), and Pilates (Pilates class) . . . along with down to earth coaching . . . keeps me relatively flexible and strong.
Absolutely love this gym! Every single coach is amazing — they’re always attentive, encouraging, and take the time to help and correct your form, which makes such a difference. I enjoy all the classes they offer — Pilates, glutes and abs, boot camp, and Strong (a perfect combo of boxing and weight training). El gym es genial, llevo solamente un mes y ya he notado los cambios físicos, las clases son plus. Lo que más me gusta es el ambiente: hay muy buena vibra, todos los entrenadores son súper profesionales y atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte todo el tiempo, se siente como una gran familia, lo recomiendo a todos.
