Be very careful of who looks after your investment property, your tenants and the trades (qualified?) that are sent to work (cheap, my cat can do better) on your property. Trades leave the property dirty, leave debris laying around including shards of glass, cut/shards/chunks Metal, nails (flat tyre, thankyou!!) , screws, slivers of wood, chunks of wood, leave guttering / excessive garden waste that was to be taken away (paid for by owners) for the tenants to get rid of at their expense, don't return the key, damage / destro... read more
