Worst experience I have had and that's not even in just real estate. If I could give it minus stars I would. Where to start... Had a leaking hole in my roof when it rains it was as bad as a leaking half turned on tap. Took a year to fix as it wasn't an emergency even though it destroyed most things in my longue room and I could never have anything set up in there incase of rain. Gets "fixed"... I am not a landlord myself but a close friend of mine is, and Ansh manages couple of their properties. From what I saw, he takes his role seriously and manages properties in a way that gives landlords confidence. Highly recommend him if you don’t like chasing things up
