This company is amazing!! We came home from being out of town with issues with our fridge/freezer. The owner Mike was so helpful, he talked me through some steps to try via phone & then he sent someone out right away. Tank came out and was super helpful and fixed the issue right away. I highly recommend this company, they were very honest & resolved my problem!!!
Angels work at Presley’s Appliance. They are the most efficient, kind, common sense folks around town. I’m telling you these folks are angels!🪽🪽🪽
Despite purchasing our washing machine from Home Depot, they were willing to handle the repair covered by the manufacturer's warranty. They were able to repair our washer so much faster than the person whirlpool was trying to schedule us with. When it is time to purchase a new appliance, I will definitely be using Presley's. Their customer service is excellent.
