There aren't enough words to describe the customer service, the kindness, attentiveness, etc from this establishment. I first went in several years ago for an area rug. Then it was time to replace the carpeting on my stairs as well. A few years later, all the bedroom carpets needed to be replaced and they were able to match the carpet from the stairs and hallway to complete the look. Excellent job. Stairs look great. Installer ran the stairs exactly as I wanted. Dealing with the office was a pleasure. Everyone was kind and responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend and use Tapis Rug again
We're very happy with our recent experience with Tapis. I had looked at websites to find a runner, and Tapis was the only one that had what I was looking for. We dropped by the store, chatted with Sara, took home a sample, and placed an order a couple of days later. I was thrilled that they were able to install it before Christmas. The installer arrived right on the dot and spent 2+ hours completing the job. The look exceeds our expectations. As I said, we're very happy with the new runner.
Sara was an absolute pleasure to work with. It took us some time to make our final decision, and she was incredibly patient and gracious throughout the process. Tapis also offered some of the most competitive pricing we found, and we couldn’t be happier with both the carpet and the installation. Everything was completed on time, and the work was done with great care and cleanliness. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for stair runners or carpets!
Was looking for an all natural rug pad and so happy with the wool one I found online at Tapis. It’s around 1cm thick so is perfect added cushioning between my rug and concrete floors. Also easy enough to cut to exact size as necessary. I ordered online and when I called asking about shipping timing they were very friendly and helpful.
