Tapis replaced the staircase runner in my home and I was very impressed with the exceptional service from start to finish. During the initial showroom visit, the staff was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service never wavered from providing quotes, to measurements, to installation. The final result is beautiful and I would highly recommend using their services.

My girlfriend and I were trying to find a new stair runner for our 1914 home. We recently re-finished the hardwood stairs and had been going to various carpet & rug stores to find a nice runner. The staff at Tapis were amazing. Sara was super patient and informative when helping us narrow down which runner would work for our home and budget. And their install team was also incredibly professional, polite, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this place and will be returning for any future carpet and rug needs.
We had an easy-peasy experience buying a stair runner and having it installed by Tapis. The help at the showroom was great. Installation was timely, quick and done well. Will have Tapis on our list next time we need carpet/rug, and would recommend to others. 👍
I did some research online and came across Tapis, so glad I chose them! I spoke with Sara from start to finish, she was helpful and patient. The process of getting quotes, selecting the design and sending them measurements was so simple. The actual stair runner turned out amazing, the installation specialist did an incredible job. I highly recommend them!
