The first voice on the other end was Jordan who listened to my needs and wishes and within no time I was given all the information I needed and wanted to hear all with kindness, understanding and professionalism. The deliovery arrangements were made and with great precision and timing the truck pulled up at our door but not before calling me to advise that they were close by and would arrive in 20 minutes!
