I can’t say anything definitive about the quality of the actual carpets, but their service left a very bad taste in my mouth. To summarize: dishonest and unprofessional. We arrived at the store having a pretty good idea of what we wanted. They didn’t have it in the showroom, but brought up the catalogues and promised that they can order anything we like from those... with a surprisingly quick turnaround too (within a week). Attention a ce vendeur de tapis/Pay attention to this carpet seller. English at the bottom. Malhonnête. On a acheté un tapis supposé fait a la main mais il est machiné et ils nous ont convaincu que le tapis est fait a la main. Le tapis avait même une étiquette (fait en turquie à la main) et signé mais finalement on l'a fait vérifié par un connaisseur/éxpert de tapis et ce tapis est fait machine a 100% en bambou, quelques mois déjà et on remarque les traces d'usures, poils qui tombent et odeurs.
