Staff is always closing early. Atmosphere sucks. And they run out of LITERALLY HALF the things on the menu!
Worst Vietnamese blended coffee. I usually go to the one in san jose n I'm obsessed with their drinks. Today I had the worst blended coffee frape. 1st time it was watery 2nd time it was blended but had no flavor. $10 for 2 cups of ice. I never write reviews I just had to this time.
Standard bubble tea. Friendly staffs. Easy parking. Next to TK Noodle so you can get good and come here for tea afterward.

Very friendly staff! You can even ask to adjust your sugar levels in the milk tea drinks to half (which I'd highly recommend). Comparable to the popular bubble tea places in Australia - though it's half the price here!
