I have been going here for at least 15 years and every single visit has been wonderful! I have been seeing her every 6 months now and I look forward to it every time. Today we brought my son for his first appointment and he had such a great experience. She spoke to him , (not at him (which I truly appreciate as he is old enough to understand the process of his exam)) and us (the parents) making him feel very comfortable. Dr Tapia is great and so is her brother who works there. The front desk and her name maybe Vanessa is rude and argumentative. This is perhaps the second or third time that i decided to switch after maybe after 10 years coming here..no reason to go through this attitude.. i asked her to pass on my concerns to Dr Tapia or her brother,my hunch is nothing was passed on ..
