Had to replace my headlight, grill, and fix a dent in my fender. They were very easy to work with, and I was impressed with how efficient they were. A few things to note, they ordered a different grill than I had requested, and the paint job on the fender didn't match my paint. I'm sure if I had requested, they would have returned the other grill and ordered a different one without it being a hassle. I simply didn't want to make another appointment. 5 stars might not be enough to describe the level of professionalism and attention to detail at Tapia. I was blown away with how they were able to repair my Ford Fusion, and how thorough the work was performed. I was provided an expanded quote up front on different options for repair, and the communication throughout the entire process was stellar. Highly recommend!!
I was recommended by my coworker for minor damage that has happen to my car in the past and even then Luis did great! This damage has been my biggest one yet and as my insurance referred me to other places they were booked out months ahead. However Luis was able to get me in within days to one week. The quality and work Luis put in to make sure my car was brand new is phenomenal and I will continue to support tapia!
