In September 2024, Luis Tapia sold me a car for $7,900 dollars. He told me to put the check in to LT Automotive. He assured me that the car was in good condition and that the only thing that needed to be fixed was the TPS. My daughter only drove it one day and the next day we took it to be inspected because it smelled like something was burning. a deer hit my car. estimates for repair were more than the 2015 chevy spark was worth. found tapia in st paul park. really nice guy. said he could get used parts to fix the damage. we discussed the work and i wanted functionality over beauty. i could have had the part paint for a cost . . . not necessary for me. the work was done exactly as i wanted and the final price was as discussed as well. the only thing i did not like was it cost me an extra $20 to use my credit card because he was using pay pal. i hate pay pal. bring ... read more
Had to replace my headlight, grill, and fix a dent in my fender. They were very easy to work with, and I was impressed with how efficient they were. A few things to note, they ordered a different grill than I had requested, and the paint job on the fender didn't match my paint. I'm sure if I had requested, they would have returned the other grill and ordered a different one without it being a hassle. I simply didn't want to make another appointment. 5 stars might not be enough to describe the level of professionalism and attention to detail at Tapia. I was blown away with how they were able to repair my Ford Fusion, and how thorough the work was performed. I was provided an expanded quote up front on different options for repair, and the communication throughout the entire process was stellar. Highly recommend!!
