The management is a joker the good workers they treat bad and the bad ones the keep no one get showers unless family is coming and the résidents is always soaking wet
My dad has been at Prosper of Wickliffe for about a year now, and I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful experience. The staff are kind, patient, and truly care about the residents. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. They do a great job keeping families informed and involved, and my dad is able to really feel at home. My brother Ray Frey moved into the Prosper 1 year ago and I want to tell you I was very impressed when I went there to visit him. He's happier than I've seen him in a long time. The facility is beautiful and very clean. The staff is there when you need them and when you don't need them. Although I worry about him because he's my brother and I love him, I don't worry about where he's living because I know he's being taken care of. I am a resident of Prosper of Wickliffe and I would like to tell you about my time here. I came here in November of 2024 and couldn’t be happier. My family and myself looked at a lot of places for my wife and my self. I want to tell you that I had a major setback in my life and the staff and management were very compasionate and helped me get through this. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
