I don’t recommend working with this broker company. Although Daniel was nice and communicated promptly with us, the broker company’s owner showed little empathy for me and my wife’s rental situation. Every day has been a nightmare for us living in this apartment. The owner refused to return our broker fee nor find another suitable solution even though we informed him since day 1.
Had the pleasure of working with Danny on acquiring a rental. He was very nice, professional, and communicated promptly and thoroughly. Have had bad experiences with other brokers and Danny was a gem. Highly recommend.
