I’ve been a resident a little over 3 months in a 3BR 2 Bath with pet yard. I love the amenities, friendly neighbors and location. The complex and building is quiet, well kept and overall no complaints. I want to say Carla, Camelitia are very nice and great to work with, they are always willing to help and ask questions. Thanks for your professionalism and making my experience as resident enjoyable.

I lived at this property for six months and had a truly positive experience. I'm only moving out to be closer to the city, otherwise I would have happily stayed longer. The community is well-maintained, and I never had any issues with packages, maintenance, leasing agents, or the front desk staff. Everyone was professional and helpful. I always felt safe—no break-ins, no car damage, and a secure environment overall. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and reliable living experience.

Best apartment complex I've lived at & Camelitia in the office has been an amazing help even after she helped me with the process of moving in here.

Let me start by saying l haven't lived here very long but l chose the complex because the units are nice. However, l have most recently become concerned because l notice the complex lights are not on consistently at night which of course can lead to crime. Additionally, l've seen people hanging out in the parking area at night. Not a good look and a reason for concern. Why aren't the parking area lights not on all night??? Furthermore, l see residents not following trash collection rules.
