the people here are not considerate at all they will purposely park outside of the lines management does nothing about this nor do they enforce anything to prevent this from happening ( this person has been parking like this for more than a week) they say we have 1 car per occupant but obviously that isn’t true because than everyone would have a spot! other people from other buildings park in a building spot that isn’t assigned to them / people who don’t have handicap parking will park in the handicap spot. i have to park al... read more
Don’t move here! I’m writing on behalf of someone else due to retaliation. The property manager doesn’t honor the lease agreement. Example the lease states that owners should pick up after their pets it’s poop scattered all throughout the apartment complex just nasty. And they don’t do anything about it for $2100 a month this should be a clean environment The lease says no smoking but people smokes on their balcony marijuana and cigarette butts everywhere. Lived here for a year and didn’t really have that many problems except for a few. The main thing that was very frustrating for me was the elevator in the first building was always broken. If I knew that it was going to be broken as often as it was, I would have lived on the 1st floor and not the 4th. I found myself carrying my wagon full of groceries up 4 flights of stairs more often than I would like to admit. The cleanliness of the halls were not that great neither.
