Deceptive practices to collect application fees and have people subscribe to the platforms they use . I was told by management that credit wasn’t not a factor especially if there are no delinquent rental history. I don’t have bad credit or that as I own property in Henry county and was given a vague excuse of my credit didn’t qualify once challenged I was told the manager just made that call in a rude tone from the same person that was all smiles to sell the application fee. Maintenance "Israel" performed for lack of a better phrase sloppy service to a drywall repair in my hallway. Not to mention how short and abrasive his tone was after the alleged repair was performed. Also never have A emergency maintenance call after hours I was walked through what to do by Israel over the phone as if I were maintenance myself. The sad part is I think he lives here.

IF YOU HAVE A DOG HERE EVERYBODY CAN HERE THEM BARK THESE WALLS ARE MADE OF PAPER. Complex looks nice from the outside but there is no insulation in these walls so you will hear your neighbors clearly. From dogs barking to door slams to tv playing you hear all of it. There were also random hidden fees in the rent right before we moved in. Little stuff in the apartment were broken before moving in like drawer handles, the towel rack, and shower drain. Amenities are beautiful!! Apartments as a whole are cheaply made. I visited with my granddaughter for a few days and all I did was look at the shower diverter, and bathroom towel bar and it collapsed. The breezeways are always filthy and the floors are stained. This community is equolivent to putting lipstick on a
