HOA from hell. They will give you a violation for EVERYTHING. They gave a violation letter for the stones which were there since the home was purchased 2 years ago! Claiming we did not get HOA approval for them. For 2 years it was okay. Now, out of nowhere it isn't? You can't leave any real estate signs on your lawn. If you have a few weeds they will give a violation. Even if you tell them you're resodding your grass they will still give a violation.
