You can’t park your vehicle in your own driveway for 5 minutes and go inside of the house to pick up your daughter without finding one of these on your vehicle’s window by the security officers inside of the community. It seems like the security officers work for the tow companies instead of working for the community/homeowners.
Horrible place. Anyone looking to buy a home..look elsewhere. Crap construction, every block has at least one home that's needs roof replaced. Windows leak Great they have security to keep out the criminals but then you have to worry about them screwing you. Nowhere to park, multiple residents have had vehicles towed for ridiculous reasons. Beautiful amenities...but you can't use them. They want total control..of your property. Awesome fire pit... it's cool you say let's go sit by it tonight...nope. HOA from hell. They will give you a violation for EVERYTHING. They gave a violation letter for the stones which were there since the home was purchased 2 years ago! Claiming we did not get HOA approval for them. For 2 years it was okay. Now, out of nowhere it isn't? You can't leave any real estate signs on your lawn. If you have a few weeds they will give a violation. Even if you tell them you're resodding your grass they will still give a violation.
