Apartments are very cheaply built, and you still pay a good amount of money for the rent here. Not much storage, besides the kitchen area. They’re only “nice” because they’re new for the time being. The gate has issues later at night where you have to use the call box to get in instead of your fob. The parking lots/spaces are very tight so expect door dings. Had to sign a lease somewhat quick, and thought this would be a good place but I’m regretting it.
The upstairs neighbors have been extremely noisy at all hours--day and evening-- with constant stomping and vibrations that make it very difficult to live comfortably. I've reported this issue to the leasing office multiple times, but no action has been taken and my concerns have been ignored. I also reached out several times to the community officer after the office was closed, but nothing has improved, and now they don't even respond to my messages. Apartments were cheaply built. Can hear every single step from the upstairs neighbors. Constant stomping and loud noise. Can hardly get any sleep. No peace and quiet within the apartment. Dog boarding facility right outside the neighborhood where dogs bark all day starting early in the morning. “Gate” only works half the time.
