Dear Tapered Team, I’m writing to express some concern following my son’s visit to your salon yesterday. He is Autistic and came in with his carers for a standard haircut — nothing beyond the basics, and no special services were requested or provided, as shown in the video I received of the appointment. My client, who is autistic, had their hair done here and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were calm, professional, and so patient throughout the process. It made the experience stress-free and very positive. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a supportive and understanding service.
