After being with Tapco/Lloyds on London for 18 years, they sent me a "refusal to renew" notice. I promise to refrain from using expletives in this review. Avoid this company at all cost.It’s better to spend the extra 20 bucs a month and get a reliable insurance company.The only way they will pay is to get an attorney.

This company is completely unorganized and uneducated they have put my company at risk for there ignorance of applying correct information, now they are making me wait over 2 weeks to get my money refunded
Would give them -10 stars of I could . Bought a 6 month unoccupied policy from them July 2018 . Moved into home and canceled the day we moved in December 2018 with almost 1 month left on policy . Was told by agent would refund prorated if canceled on a 6 month policy early but not a 3 month one . Paid over $860 called Tapco CS rep nasty told me they only refund to mortgage company or agent (did not like I even called ) . One star reviews are usually from people with an axe to grind. Often it's their attitude that causes the bad experience they want to report. That is not the case. My agent had a similar experience, and that's supposed to be a pro-to-pro conversation. I wrote a review on the Better Business Bureau web site and saw 4 other 1 star reviews. Stay away!
