Zero stars. They must be low on cash reserves because they try their hardest to not let you access funds or perform transactions above $300 in any way. After you give your id, they make you scan a QR code to track your movement and spy on your software, Then they verify the last 4 of your social, then try to tell you no if you need to withdraw funds. Worst banking institution I have ever seen. Pull your money out while it still exists, as they don't insure it.
My husband and I have been members for 50 years. We love our Canyon Road branch! Such great people… Friendly, happy, professional, helpful.
I'm soo sick of this place.the Online banking is the worst an they always seem to mess something up. then the owner will reply saying sorry. But Won’t actually do anything.
