My husband and I just opened an account at TAPCO. Michelle greeted us and Jessica assisted us. The experience was easy and informative. Jessica explained everything and made sure we understood. We are very happy with our new credit union.
Very bad service. Manager is uneducated and not qualified to manage a business or staff. New teller was new and not trained properly. I have been banking with this bank for 40 years and this is the first time I have been unable to deposit my check. They need to be reported to Federal Reserve System, the IRS and accounting community. Not cool. Be careful.
It just feels like a neighborhood when we are there. Nice to feel welcomed from everyone.
