Agencies, beware. We tried to cancel weeks before our next billing cycle. You cannot cancel your subscription on the website. After sending in a support ticket to cancel a TapClicks representative reach out to me and wanted to discuss the reasons why we were canceling our subscription. I was told that my subscription has been cancelled but we were charged $499 several weeks later. Don't bother calling TapClicks because rarely will anybody will pick up in any of their extensions.
