Horrible customer service. Waited on hold for over 10 minutes, then when someone finally answered they were clearly not listening and got the completely wrong vehicle information- I had to repeat my year make and model 5 times, then same situation for the part- fuel filler neck. I dont think she knew what the part was, or ever made sure she understood what I was looking for as she said "we dont sell small parts"... a fuel filler neck is not a small part at all... she was clearly just trying to end the call instead of underst... read more
