After an exhausting day of travel filled with delays and stress, we arrived weary but were instantly revived by Lisa's warm, attentive check-in service. She went above and beyond, kindly fetching us ice to help us unwind. Our spacious room offered a true oasis of calm, complete with plush, incredibly comfortable beds that guaranteed a peaceful night's sleep. Thank you, Lisa—we'll stay again if we are ever in the area.
This is my first time in the U.S., and this hotel was very nice. My priority was cleanliness, and I found that in this hotel. The breakfast is very basic, with only a few options, but it was still good for me and my family since my kids love cereal. The room is very nice and has been renovated, which I like, but it doesn’t have a fridge or microwave.
Great location if your going to ren fair in tuxedo. Very clean and the location is excellent. Easy to get to and from. Lots of good food and shopping right around the corner. Will definitely keep this location for future use, as should you. Amazing friendly and clean. 5 stars.
This hotel is newly renovated. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Please note that none of the rooms have refrigerators! There is an ice machine on the second floor though. The breakfast was ok- bagels, that sort of thing, but we also didn’t expect anything out of it. Location is very good—close to gas stations and close driving distance to restaurants. The fitness room was undergoing renovation on July 30 but we were told that it would be reopened very soon. Overall, I found it a good one night stay.
Highly recommend. Staff is very helpful. Both Lisa and Hamid were very friendly and helpful!
