The food speaks for itself. So fresh and high quality. I got peanut sauce with satay over rice with the cucumber, Asian pico, and mango slaw. The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The portion was just right. I was very hungry and ate it all, but wasn’t left feeling stuffed or weighted down. It was refreshing and filling. Highly reccomend. Stopped by Tap The Asian Project in Burbank and it was actually really solid. Not overhyped, just good, clean food that hits. Everything tasted fresh and well put together. You can tell they care about the ingredients and not just throwing stuff on a plate. Flavors were on point, nothing felt heavy or sloppy, which I appreciate.
