Dan and his assistant arrived on time and proceeded to replace the faucet, etc.in my bath/shower upstairs and also replace a cartridge in my downstairs shower. Excellent work. Neat and tidy. Polite and friendly. Highly recommended.
A total rip off... I was charged a "flat rate" of $656.00 for a 30 minute job of replacing two drains in my kitchen sink... drains cost at most $20.00 each. I was told that this is their standard charge... probably saw a 75 year-old woman as an easy target.
Had a recent Kitchen drain issue. (Usually a little drain opener and snake was all I needed to do… Not this time….) Definitely Had to call in the Pro’s. Reached out to Tap Tech Plumbing and Drain and they responded quickly. Dan arrived, listened to my attempts to resolve, and went straight to work.
