I have gone to TAP when I have had back issues. They know what they are doing snd do it well. Highly recommended.
I’ve been in pain for months. In a few minutes, Colleen pinpointed exactly where my pain was coming from and loosened up some very tight muscles. She also provided an easy to follow mobility plan to help me stay loose and avoid the same injury in the future. Thanks, Colleen and TAP!
I loved Lauren's yoga class w the sound healing bowls....and I know that the Owner is said to be a great person so i'm all about spreading the word.
Fun class - I look forward to Sat morn with Michael/and fellow tappers for an energetic and pleasant start to the weekend - he's such a great trainer.
