My brother was in a Nursing HOME. They filled prescriptions with out contacting the insurance company and never put them through to the insurance company. My brother is passed away and they are still sending me a bill. Insurance company tried to work with them to straighten it out and they refused to give the insurance company what they needed. Terrible Company. What is even more shady they go by several names! Procare is one of them
