Very unprofessional! Really unhappy with 'service'. Ricky replaced dual flush in my WC. It's not fit for purpose as not only can you no longer use the short flush but toilet roll + excrement come back down from waste pipe after full flush! 🤢 Worse still he caused a leak + water came through kitchen ceiling downstairs so I'm left with a water damaged area to get sorted. I've offered to pay extra to change the flush unit to the same brand that was in there as I know that one works. He said there will be additional labour cos... read more
