i bought a meatsaw last summer from the cummins truck tool show,got it home, assembled it and waited till deer season. When i went to use it it wouldnt cut straight.went over all adjustments,nothing worked.I called the company and talked to someone , they said they would send me prepaid ups for the shipment of my saw back to them, once they recieve it they would send me a new one..i did all of this,within a week and a half i recieved a new one. other than being a pain to assemble im lookin forward to using it this year.Id sa... read more

I purchased an air inflator and it did not work the day I bought it. The numbers on the reciept were not in service and I contacted the corprate office after that. Of course here goes the run around/circle of blame! They said we do not carry that product anymore and I would have to call that manufacturer! Imagine that! Funny thing I seen some on another truck again recently. They gave me the number to campell hausfield who apparently sold it to them and good luck ever getting someone on the phone there! I purchased a socket set with lifetime warranty, when a socket broke i was told they changed thier policy to 90 days and they will not replace any more of my sockets. they are lying and rip you off be aware of these scam artists

ONE DAY 8 HR OFF THE TRUCK CLOSE OUT SALE IN MAYER AZ SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE CORDLESS ROYBI $99.BY THE TIME I CHARGED UP BOTH BATTERIES IT WAS TOO LATE TO GO BACK(11 AM TO 7 PM).I DO HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND A LOCATION BUT WILL HAVE TO WAIT DUE TO THE HOLIDAY.THE DRILL WORKED FOR ABOUT 2 MIN AND THAT WAS IT.PLUS I THOUGHT IT WAS NEW AND FOUND IT TO BE REFURBISHED.EVEN THE BATTERIES.BUYER'S BEWARE.I READ A RIPOFF REPORT ON THEM ALSO.
