Booked Tap Doctor after finding a pinhole leak in the copper pipe to my outdoor tap. A plumber came out to inspect and said he'd send through a quote. Over a week later, nothing. I followed up with a phone call and was told a message would be passed on to the plumber and still no response. After 10+ days of waiting with no quote and no communication, I gave up and went with another company. I had an urgent issue for which I had called Mark about earlier in the day, he didn’t have a set time so I looked for other plumbers who were available ASAP. My problem was appraised by the other plumbers and problem identified. While I was vacuuming the house Mark called to let me know he was on his way but I missed it. Despite the problem already being addressed Mark was very courteous, understanding, and didn’t take it personally.
