I had an urgent issue for which I had called Mark about earlier in the day, he didn’t have a set time so I looked for other plumbers who were available ASAP. My problem was appraised by the other plumbers and problem identified. While I was vacuuming the house Mark called to let me know he was on his way but I missed it. Despite the problem already being addressed Mark was very courteous, understanding, and didn’t take it personally. What a disappointment! Water leaking from my shower when Dr Mark arrived and water leaking still when he left. Said he would contact me the next day, still waiting for the phone to ring. Not holding my breath. Thumbs down to this company.
