I did DBT therapy with one doctor at TAP, couples therapy with another, and individual therapy with a third. They were all excellent. Phenomenal actually. This is a world-class, evidence-based practice.
In summary: I reached out to TAP as a new patient in early Aug 2023. I did not receive the results until late Dec (143 days later), a month and a half after I was told to expect results. I also had to follow up multiple times with the doctor due to a lack of response (I waited 7 days before following up). In detail: I first reached out to TAP in early Aug 2023.
