Absolutely worthless. These people will blow you off, then refer to quacks that will actively hurt you. Do not waste your time or money. They don't even answer their phones during business hours. You will never be able to get a hold of them. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else.
Dr. Chloe Zachary, Dr. Matt Clayton and the whole team at TAP Clinic do exceptional work. Would highly recommend for anyone with a family member/loved one trying to find the right treatment for emotional dysregulation or borderline personality disorder.
I did DBT therapy with one doctor at TAP, couples therapy with another, and individual therapy with a third. They were all excellent. Phenomenal actually. This is a world-class, evidence-based practice.
In summary: I reached out to TAP as a new patient in early Aug 2023. I did not receive the results until late Dec (143 days later), a month and a half after I was told to expect results. I also had to follow up multiple times with the doctor due to a lack of response (I waited 7 days before following up). In detail: I first reached out to TAP in early Aug 2023.
