The guys at TAP were super communicative and helpful when I went to them to get a headlight fixed and had issues with my battery. Parker made sure I knew what needed to be done, gave me options with costs, and helped me feel confident and heard in making decisions throughout the process. Best experience I've had with a shop. I will definitely be going back the next time my car needs work done!
My AC stopped working towards the end of my work day at around 4:30 on 7/8 on my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I called T.A.P. Auto at 5:15 which was 15 minutes before the end of their work day. I spoke with Parker who was very professional and courteous. He had me scheduled for a drop off at 8:45 am on 7/9. Due to my work schedule I was not able to leave my vehicle overnight.
