My HOA had Tapp out to replace a few fixtures that were out and update the light timers from manual to automatic. They arrived on schedule, but replaced the 2”x4” white fixtures (warm light) with 6”x8” black fixtures (cool light). Not even near matching. They did come out 3-4 later to replace with the proper fixture. The update of the timer also had issues. The circuit included 2 interior sockets that were available 24 hours but afterwards only had power when the exterior lights were on, rendering them useless all day. Still... read more
