They'll deceive you step by step, and they'll even have someone with unclear speech communicate with you first to lower your guard—it's all part of their deceptive tactics!
Shane was fantastic. He answered all of my questions, was very professional, and truly took the time to listen. I explained that I have anxiety when it comes to leaks and similar issues, and once he finished the job, he even took the extra step to show me that the toilet wasn’t leaking—without me even asking. Quoted an hour fix job by an inspector and another plumber to replace a tap, they instead claim it'll be $1000 and when I decline they charge $200 just for visiting. Absurd.
