Shane was fantastic. He answered all of my questions, was very professional, and truly took the time to listen. I explained that I have anxiety when it comes to leaks and similar issues, and once he finished the job, he even took the extra step to show me that the toilet wasn’t leaking—without me even asking. Quoted an hour fix job by an inspector and another plumber to replace a tap, they instead claim it'll be $1000 and when I decline they charge $200 just for visiting. Absurd.

Josh was amazing. Professional, on time and even came on a long weekend Saturday. Answered any questions I had and had me leak all patched up and fixed. I would recommend him and this company to any one.

Ron and his team were phenomenal. We had all the water pipes redone in our place. They were so kind and professional, and really went above and beyond.
