Customer service -- I doubt they could even spell it. Rude receptionists.. I am going to contact the other physical therapy office in Taos mainly because of the reception/scheduler has to be the rudest person I have ever encountered in an office. The PTs are great, tho --

Shoulder replacement surgery rehab with Spencer has kept my recovery on target. He works me hard, which is what I need. He is patient, knowledgeable and fun to talk with, too so it's an all around win. I have great range of motion three months in. Yay!

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Emi was great! She made my issue easy to understand and gave me great interventions to take care of myself. I'm now stronger, and able to stay pain free. We are lucky to have HCPT&R in our community.
