Positive: A great and clean business with an inviting ambiance! Not so positive: Lack of focus on the client by chatting over their heads with other personnel in a foreign language. A woman likes to bond with her nail technician and does not want to be hurt by rough treatment. Negative: A promise of quality product is broken and a client accused to have tampered with the product.
