Steven has helped my range of motion and strength tremendously which has helped me keep doing the everyday tasks and having less pain as well.
The absolute best gym to visit when I am in town. Coach Steven really knows his stuff! Always get an incredible workout when I come in. The music and vibe are 10/10.
Coaches are wonderful and so are the members. Everyone is at a different fitness level and the coaches all understand that.
This was my first CrossFit experience and I’ll highly recommend it to others. The coaches are amazing, they make sure to emphasize on correct technique, the workouts/multiple classes are designed very appropriately to make your feel growing everyday. Also the overall environment is good, you enjoy working out with amazing people .
Steven is very good at what he does, I appreciate his focus on quality of movement. This gym has made me the most consistent with exercising I’ve ever been. The variety, intensity, and community make for a great experience every workout!
