They are con artist. My back was hurting I was going to sit down in massage chairs they have in the mall the guy grabbed me and pushed me into his chair and then wouldn't let me back up and then tried to rip me off for 60 but he got 40. Why does the mall allow businesses like this in there.

Massage was OK, the masseuse smelled heavily of cigarettes. Despite that I was going to give him a 20% tip, and he literally laughed at me and said that that was too little. Look at the other reviews. These guys wouldn’t get any business if they weren’t conveniently in the mall.

The downstairs parlor, next to Auntie Anne’s, helped themselves to an extra tip on my credit card. I complained to the mall concierge and they made them pay me back. They gave it to me in cash. DESPICABLE thieves!

Had a 20min chair massage ($26). I used the laminated printout in the store to point and explain what I wanted which seemed to work. The gentleman giving me the massage was excellent. Applied firm pressure, give extra attention to areas with tension. Used lotion on my skin and a cloth to ensure none went on my clothes. The end result was my upper back and shoulders are less tense. I would recommend. I did not get overcharged (paid cash including tip). And at no stage did I feel uncomfortable.
