The HOA is very bad. The air conditioners in the hallways didn't work for 10 months, the Lovy fountain was damaged for a year, and the parking lot on the 2nd floor has been leaking for 3 months.
Very bad, they fine for everything, they invade the privacy of the residents, Celena the manager's assistant is the worst.
