Worst experience, went for haircut and colour Our hairdresser was Chantal, first of all she was not friendly and rude to us all of the time. Lovely building and staff but I wouldn't recommend the shellac manicure - mine chipped after only 5 days. My pedicure also chipped (regular polish) but think it should last longer than 5 days.
10/10 would recommend booking your next hair appointment here if you’re looking for truly amazing results. The team is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable and it’s been a long time since I’ve felt my money was this well spent. I’m so glad I found this salon and will definitely be a loyal customer for as long as I’m in London!
