Shopping centre massage places can be hit and miss, I had a very good experience here. My masseur was very knowledgeable about the body and knew where to target in my deep tissue massage.
I was very sore, stiff and limping before walking in. The deep tissue massage was DEFINITELY deep tissue but after leaving (and throughout the rest of the day) I felt so much more relaxed and in a lot less pain. Would definitely recommend to anyone with sore joints or muscle injuries.
