No one in this office knows what they’re doing, alongside the Trustee’s office. We were given FOUR different pay off amounts and then told we still owed a dollar and some change to dismiss the case...WRONG! The inconsistencies both parties have delivered in our case have caused distress and chaos and we will NEVER go back, let alone provide positive feedback. I really hate to write bad reviews. However, I am extremely disappointed in how my case is wrapping up. There was absolutely no issue taking money from my account for the past 4 years. Now that my case is coming to an end, the funds that were faithfully deposited to my account during the entire process have not been sent and no one can tell me where they went. Yes they help get out of debt. What i did not like is the fact T& B could nit get anything ready on time make me wait longer than u have too. When i called my adviser and left them messages and never got a call back in the time that was left on the answering machine. I had to bug them all the time on what is going on with my case . When i get mail from T&B the letter is so small you could not read what they sent . When i asked what this was i was told it was a copy and that is the way it was printed.
