My husband has just bought a car from Tanyard motors and couldnt fault their customer service. Saw the car online on the Friday and called to say he was interested. Travelled down from Scotland on the Monday. Car was exactly as described. Owner was really helpful. Liked his no nonsense approach. Would definitely buy from them again.
Great Customer service from Omar. Helped in every way he could. Car had a few issues which he was happy to rectify. Well trusted dealership.
Complete time wasters. Booked in to view a car in the morning, arranged a time early afternoon and organised my day round them. transferred funds ready to purchase and travelled out to view only to be told they’d sold it. Considering I was told in the morning I couldn’t collect that day anyway as it needed prepped, owner was very dismissive, had my details but didn’t bother to contact me. Probably dodged a bullet if that’s their customer service !
Great cars and even better service at Tanyard Motors. The staff are excellent, always ready to assist, and the owner is genuinely friendly. He answered all my questions with patience. Highly recommend.
