The nicest staff/owners you will ever meet. They are always there to help you if you need it. The housing is very nice, with multiple different options from 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms. Everyone has their own private bathroom, which is amazing for a college apartment, and private closets. I was looking g for a place to rent as I just moved to Ruston, was told right away that this was housing for students at Tech only,, well I am a college student but a much older student. I would suggest that you steer clear of of this place, they are very judgement oriented!
Seems like a great setup for college students that allows them to have some independence and get used to "adulting" while they are going to college. The homes are super nice and very modern!
